Turning everyday shopping into cash!

Why RaiseRight?

RaiseRight (formerly ShopwithScrip) is a gift card fundraising that turns everyday shopping into cash for your athlete or the organization when families use retail gift cards to pay for everyday purchases (like gas and groceries) instead of the usual credit/debit card or other money.

Anyone can participate and help raise funds for their individual athlete or for the team!

Top 5 Scrip Program Benefits

  • No selling random, unwanted, overpriced “stuff” to family and friends.
  • Earnings add up fast!  It's easy for a single family to generate $600 to $1000 or more per year.
  • Everyday family purchases become every day earnings for your organization.
  • Families are motivated and engaged with the program.
  • All or part of the earnings a member generates can go towards their individual fees or expenses.

Top 5 Family Benefits

  • Plan ahead to buy groceries, gas and other household expenses with gift cards from scrip.
  • Shop in-store or online with participating retailers.
  • Use gift cards to pay at checkout, just like they would use a credit/debit card, but without the fraud risk.
  • Earnings are much greater than credit card rewards.
  • No unnecessary spending, families spend their planned household budget at stores they already frequent.

Steps to Participate

It will take approximately 2 - 4 days to set up a RaiseRight account. You will not be able to place an order until an account is completely authorized. It is recommended that you bookmark this page to come back to when following the steps.

Step 1 - OTGA Membership

Anyone can participate in our scrip program. There is a $5 yearly membership fee. This fee covers the administration needs in order to offer the program. If your daughter is on the Development Team, the scrip membership is included in your team membership. There is a $5 membership fee for per addition scrip accounts created. Become an OTGA  member.

Step 2 - Create A Scrip Account

  • Go to RaiseRight website OR download the app RaiseRight on your mobile
  • Click "Join a Program"
  • Enter the following case sensitive enrollment code (you must be logged in and have an active membership to see code).

  • Complete information section; choose a user name, a password, etc. *Important*  You must provide your gymnast’s first and last name in the box labeled “Student Name” on "Name" on mobile app, if not provided the rebate will not be applied to your individual athletes account.   To change this field after you have created an account, log in to your ShopWithScrip account and change it under your account settings. You must also provide an active email address. It is also highly recommended that you keep the box checked to receive emails from ShopWithScrip. There are always special promos that they offer.
  • You have just completed the first half of enrollment.

Step 3 - Setup Presto Pay

  • OTGA requires all scrip orders to be paid by online payments called Presto Pay. Now you must enroll in PrestoPay. Log into your Scrip account, click on Dashboard. Select Family Functions from left sidebar, then select PrestoPay. To continue, click the blue button at the bottom of the page “Yes and I Agree”. *Important* PrestoPay is the same as by paying by check. If payment is returned or rejected for any reason, you will need to reimburse OTGA a $30 NSF fee plus the cost of the face value of your order.
  • Complete bank information section; enter bank name, routing and account number, etc.
  • At this point Great Lakes Scrip Center will verify the account by making two small deposits into your bank account.  This typically happens within 2 business days of entering the account information. You must check your bank account as an e-mail reminder is not sent out.
  • Once you receive the deposits, take note of both amounts. Log back into your dashboard and click the PrestoPay link.
  • Enter both two-digit deposit amounts.
  • Select a four-digit pin. This pin will be required each time at check out. Select Next.
  • *Important* You will be given an unique approval code.  This approval code will appear on your screen and will be sent to you by email.  You must call the gym or bring your approval code into the gym to be given to the scrip coordinator. In addition to giving the gym your code, email your code to the scrip coordinator.  Once the scrip coordinator has received your approval code, you will be approved. You will receive an email from ShopWithScrip confirming your PrestoPay account approval and then you will be ready to shop.
